The site students sign up on, the money that records and reconciles itself, attendance and quizzes and certificates, and the numbers that tell you how you're doing.
Start in minutes — Free is yours to keepA full site in your name and on your domain, edited by you, where students sign up directly. Draft it privately, publish when it's right.
A full ledger, not a payments list. Review the receipt against what each course is owed, confirm once, and the books keep themselves: installments, partial payments, discount codes, balance per student and per cohort, and what you actually collected this month — at 0% commission.
A portal in your academy's identity, installable on a student's phone as an app with your icon.
Know how your academy is doing — and whose signals say they're about to drop, while you can still reach them.
You spent years building your material. It shouldn't end up in a WhatsApp group the week after you teach it.
Nothing downloads. Files open inside the portal with the student's own name drawn into every page, the mark drifts across your videos, and you can see every device that signed in. A leak stops being anonymous — which is what stops it happening.
Ask for it. If your academy needs something we haven't built, tell us and we'll build it — at no extra cost, on your plan, for everyone.
Most of what's above started as one instructor saying “this doesn't work how I teach.”
Paste your class link once for the whole cohort. Students join in one tap from their portal, and everything around the class stays here.
You talk to it the way you'd talk to an assistant: add a link to your page, change the WhatsApp number on your site, pull up quiz results, draft an announcement for the board. It asks and reads freely — but anything a student will see, you confirm with one press.
No. An LMS manages content and lessons. learnfeed runs the academy as a business: the site people sign up on, payments and installments, students and their certificates, and the numbers that tell you how you're doing. Managing sessions and quizzes is part of that, not all of it.
On Zoom or Google Meet, with the account you already have. Put the link on a session, or once for the whole cohort; students join from their portal, attendance is taken when they join, and the recording goes on the session afterwards. We’ll shape any paid plan around the features your academy needs.
It answers questions from your academy's own data (results, attendance, payments), and it drafts changes: a new link, a contact detail on your site, an announcement on the board, a new role for an assistant. Anything students will see, or that is hard to undo, happens only when you confirm it with a press.
No. Payments happen directly between you and the student (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and so on). The student uploads the receipt, you compare it against what each course is owed, and you confirm — learnfeed records it and never touches the money.
Yes. The assistant role grades, takes attendance and manages materials, and has no access to payments, billing or settings. If the three built-in roles don't fit, build a custom one permission by permission.
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run your academy on learnfeed.
Entirely yours, and you can export it at any time (CSV/ZIP).
