Certificates & verification
Issuing certificates, what the public verify page shows, and revocation.
A certificate is issued against an enrollment. It records the student's name, the course, the cohort, the final score and the date — as they were at the moment of issue.
Verification
- Every certificate carries a unique code and a public verify page at learnfeed.app/verify.
- Anyone with the code can confirm the certificate is genuine. No account needed — an employer checking a candidate is the point.
- The verify page shows the student's name, the course, the academy and the issue date. It shows nothing else about the student.
Revoking
A revoked certificate is not deleted. Its verify page reports it as revoked, which is the answer an employer actually needs — a missing page is indistinguishable from a typo in the code.
