Exactly what each plan includes, which limits are enforced, and what happens when you reach one.
Three plans, plus a build-your-own option. Limits are enforced at the moment of the action — you are stopped from exceeding one rather than billed for it afterwards.

What counts as an active student
An enrolment that is not cancelled. Students in finished cohorts still count while their enrolment is active, so archiving old cohorts is how a full academy makes room.
Reaching a limit
- Student limit: new enrolments are refused, including self-enrolment from the public page. Existing students are unaffected.
- Storage limit: new uploads are refused. Nothing already uploaded is deleted or hidden.
- Hudhud limit: AI features stop until the month rolls over, or until you buy more. Everything non-AI keeps working.
A subscription that lapses does not delete anything. Paid-only features (white-label, custom domain, Link Hub, recordings) switch off, and your data stays exportable.
