Data & privacy

Who can see what, what leaves the platform when AI is used, and how to get your data out.

Separation between academies

An academy can never read another academy's data. Every read is scoped to the academy the request belongs to, on the server. Belonging to two academies means seeing each separately, never merged.

AI and your students' data

Using Hudhud sends the relevant content to a third-party model provider. Each academy chooses which pool of providers its work is routed to.

ModeWhat it means
StandardThe best and cheapest available models. Some providers' published terms permit training on submitted content.
PrivateRestricted to providers publishing a no-training policy. Costs more of your monthly allowance per run, because those endpoints cost more.

This routes to providers whose PUBLISHED POLICY is no-training. It cannot audit them. That limit is stated here rather than glossed, because an academy teaching minors is making a real decision.

What is never sent to a model

  • When Hudhud writes your website, it is given aggregate counts and your own content — cohort names, session titles, prices, dates. Never student names, emails, phone numbers, grades or attendance.

Getting your data out

  • CSV export of your students and their records, on every plan.
  • Available whether or not your subscription is current. Your data does not become inaccessible because a payment lapsed.
