Hudhud (AI)
What the assistant can read, what it can change, why every write stops at a confirmation, and what it costs.
Hudhud is the assistant built into the dashboard. It reads your academy's data and can prepare changes to it. It is not a chatbot bolted on the side — it uses the same permissions you do.
The rule that governs everything it does
Hudhud never writes anything without showing you exactly what it will do first. Every action that changes data is PREPARED — you see the students, the message, the amount, the grade — and nothing happens until you confirm. There is no setting that turns this off.
What it can read
- Cohorts, sessions, attendance, tasks, submissions, quizzes and results.
- Payment summaries and what a student owes.
- Who is at risk of dropping out, who has not submitted, what is waiting to be graded.
What it can prepare
- Mark attendance for a session.
- Record a student payment.
- Grade a submission, or draft feedback on it.
- Message a cohort, or specific students.
- Write or restyle your public page, and edit your Link Hub.
- Draft a quiz from your own materials.
It cannot delete anything. Not a session, not a student, not a cohort — deletion is never a confirm card, because a confirmation you can click by mistake is not a safeguard for something irreversible.
Building your website
- Given a vague brief, Hudhud ASKS before writing — who your students are, what makes you different, what a student can do at the end. Answers are optional; you can tell it to write anyway.
- It uses your real records — cohort names, real student counts, your actual session titles — so the page says true things rather than plausible ones.
- It will not invent statistics, testimonials or contact details. Student quotes in particular are discarded whatever it writes: a fabricated review with a name on it is not something the platform will publish for you.
- Everything it writes lands in your DRAFT. Your live site does not change until you publish.
What it costs
Each run spends requests from your monthly allowance, priced by how much work it is.
| Feature | Requests |
|---|---|
| Assistant reply (however many steps it takes) | 1 |
| Feedback on a submission | 1 |
| Editing your page | 1 |
| Session summary | 1 |
| Generating a quiz | 2 |
| Writing a whole website | 8 |
An assistant reply costs one request no matter how many internal steps it takes. You asked for one thing; you are charged for one thing.
